    Katrina

Certified Clinical Nutritionist, Weight Loss Coach, Receptionist, Chiropractic and Therapy Assistant

Trina has earned a master's degree in clinical nutrition, and maintains certification as a Certified Clinical Nutritionist. She is also a licensed X-Ray technologist, and has a degree in business management and photography. Trina has been an important part of Arlington Chiropractic Clinic since 1999. They believe, as research demonstrates, that many illnesses are helped by nutritional and lifestyle changes. Even 'simple' health complaints are often related to nutritional deficiencies, dietary imbalances and sub-optimal lifestyle habits. Even spinal complaints can be benefited by nutritional support.

Trina's knowledge includes nutritional therapeutics, clinical biochemistry of nutrition, vitamins and minerals, botanical medicine, developmental nutrition and the pathophysiologic basis of metabolic diseases. She wrote an informative research paper on osteoporosis.

Trina participates in continuing nutritional education, and in 2009, studied the 'Effects of gastrointestinal integrity on total body health and well-being'.

Trina understands the challenges of maintaining a rigid office schedule, while in balance with her home life of two children and husband Mike.

    Ross

    Chiropractic and Therapy Assistant

Ross has been our rehab specialist at Arlington Chiropractic Clinic since 2015. He attained a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Elmhurst University in 2014. Ross truly enjoys being able to work one on one with our patients and getting to know them as individuals.
